Our agents will meet with you for free and help you do things like move furniture around, de-clutter, add plants or color, etc. LPRE has a preferred stager that gives our clients a great deal for homes that are vacant and unfurnished.
Pictures: Pictures are one of the most important parts of the listing because it’s what the majority of buyers see first and will determine whether a buyer wants to see your home in person. Our agents use professional photography and techniques such as elevated shots, aerial shots, and twilight photographs. Professional video is another option to highlight your home.
Many agents put your home live on the MLS and just sit back and wait for an offer. LPRE agents believe that MARKETING is how you sell a home faster and for a higher price. Our agents will have marketing material in the home the first day of the listing and will start their marketing campaign right away. 3) The Offer & Negotiating Terms
Once an offer comes in on your home, our agents will go over the offer with you, go over your options, and come up with the best possible strategy to negotiate a deal on your behalf. Because of our negotiation skills and our years of experience, we can often get you a sales price within a percent or two from asking price.
4) Contract to Close
After the contract has been fully executed, there are a number of steps to take to ensure your home closes on time and the transaction runs smoothly. Our agents will hand deliver a “Seller Closing Checklist” with every step from contract to close so you know exactly what is going to take place.
